APYVA
Automating APYVA’s Non-Clinical Care Coordination
Slarivo structured APYVA’s appointment, reminder, administrative follow-up, and support-routing workflows without automating clinical decisions.
The operational challenge
Appointment and care-coordination tasks can become fragmented across requests, confirmations, reminders, patient questions, and provider-side follow-up. APYVA needed clearer non-clinical workflows while keeping medical judgment and sensitive decisions with qualified professionals.
Automating Administration, Not Medical Judgment
We focused on deterministic administrative work: routing appointment requests, tracking confirmations, scheduling reminders, recording follow-up states, and handing support context to the appropriate role. Clinical assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, and emergency decisions remain outside the automation boundary.
What we automated
- Appointment-request routing
- Confirmation and reminder workflows
- Administrative follow-up states
- Role-aware support handoffs
Clearer Coordination with Responsible Boundaries
APYVA’s non-clinical coordination flow now has more visible stages and ownership from request through follow-up. The automation is designed to reduce administrative fragmentation while preserving professional oversight, patient privacy, and the platform’s role as a care-coordination tool.
